Kristyna Farkova (Prague, CZE) qualified for the 2023 Prague Ladies International playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-3 against Hana Synackova (Prague, CZE). of the 2023 Prague Ladies International in Prague, Czechia;

Farkova finished 3-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Farkova defeated Melania Kovacikova (Bratislava, SVK) 11-2, then won 7-6 against Giorgia Maurino (Trentino, ITA) and 8-7 against Lucy Blair (Stirling, SCO). Farkova went on to lose 8-6 against Lenka Hronova (Prague, CZE). Farkova lost 8-4 to Emira Abbes (Fuessen, GER) in their final qualifying round match.
