In their opening game, Walker/Muyres defeated Kerri Einarson/Kyle Einarson (Gimli, MB) 7-5, then won 9-3 against Mackenzie Arbuckle/Aaron Macdonell (Winnipeg, MB) and 9-0 against Kirstin Nickel/Gabriel Nickel (Hudson, WI). Walker/Muyres won 7-2 against Jaelyn Cotter/Jim Cotter (Vernon, BC), then won 8-6 against Tahli Gill/Dean Hewitt (Brisbane, AUS) in their final qualifying round match.
