Marie Kaldvee/Harri Lill (Tallinn, EST) finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kaldvee/Lill defeated Katrina Gaidule/Roberts Buncis (Riga, LAT) 6-4, then won 8-1 against Mintaute Jurkute/Paulius Rymeikis (Vilnius, LTU) and 9-2 against Gunta Millere/Aivars Purmalis (Riga, LAT) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the WCT Latvian Mixed Doubles Curling Cup 2, Kaldvee/Lill take home 13.750 world rankings points along with the $400CDN prize. For week 36 of the event schedule, Kaldvee/Lill did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Kaldvee/Lill ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
