Carson finished 7-2 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Carson defeated Landan Rooney (Whitby, CAN) 7-2, then won 8-3 against Serkan Karagoz (Erzurum, TUR) and 10-3 against Giacomo Colli (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA). Carson went on to lose 7-5 against Benny Kapp (Fuessen/Oberstdorf , GER). Carson lost 9-3 to Fei where Carson responded with a 8-3 win over Switzerland's Jan Iseli. Carson won 7-6 against Eunbin Kim (Kyungil, KOR), then won 6-2 against Ethan Sampson (Chaska, USA) and 8-5 against Hostmaelingen in their final qualifying round match.

For week 31 of the event schedule, Carson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
