Kelly Knapp (Regina, SK) won 5-4 over Steve Laycock (Saskatoon, SK) in the Final of the SaskTel Tankard, held February 1 - 5, 2023 in Estevan, Saskatchewan.

Knapp finished 3-0 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Knapp defeated Daymond Bernath (Saskatoon, SK) 9-7, then won 9-7 against Laycock to advance to the A-Qualifier where they 9-4 against Colton Flasch (Saskatoon , SK) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the SaskTel Tankard Championship title, Knapp earned 26.250 world rankings points. Knapp move up 10 spots after posting a net gain of 17.534 points improving upon their best 7 results so far this season, ranking 25th overall with 125.841 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Knapp ranks 23rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 117.125 points earned so far this season.
