To advance to the championship game, Barone/Veidemanis won 10-7 over Pia-Lisa Schoell/Klaudius Harsch (Oberstorf, GER) in the semifinals of the 2022 WCT Tallinn Mixed Doubles International in Tallinn, Estonia; and won 9-8 over Marie Kaldvee/Harri Lill (Tallinn, EST) in the quarterfinals. of the 2022 WCT Tallinn Mixed Doubles International in Tallinn, Estonia;
 
Barone/Veidemanis finished 2-3 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Barone/Veidemanis defeated Susanna Santti/Iikko Santti (Hyvinkaa, FIN) 7-6, then won 8-5 against Kaidi Elmik/Mihhail Vlassov (Tallinn, EST). Barone/Veidemanis went on to lose 8-4 against Maia Ramsfjell/Magnus Ramsfjell (Trondheim, NOR). Barone/Veidemanis lost 8-2 to Schoell/Harsch. Barone/Veidemanis lost 6-3 to Lucrezia Grande/Fabio Ribotta (Pinerolo, ITA) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the WCT Tallinn Mixed Doubles International, Barone/Veidemanis take home 27.500 world rankings points along with the $1,055CDN prize.
