Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) qualified for the 2023 LGT World Women's Curling Championship playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-4 against Kerri Einarson (Gimli, CAN). of the 2023 LGT World Women's Curling Championship in Sandviken, Sweden;

Fujisawa finished 7-5 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fujisawa lost 7-6 to Madeleine Dupont (Hvidovre, DEN), droppimg another game, 11-2 to Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) where Fujisawa responded with a 9-8 win over Rebecca Morrison (Stirling, SCO). Fujisawa won 8-3 against Tabitha Peterson (Chaska, USA), then won 10-3 against Marianne Roervik (Oslo, NOR). Fujisawa went on to lose 7-4 against Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR). Fujisawa lost 5-4 to Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE). Fujisawa lost 7-3 to Stefania Constantini (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA) where Fujisawa responded with a 7-4 win over Seungyoun Ha (Chuncheon, KOR). Fujisawa won 6-5 against Einarson, then won 7-1 against Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER) and 7-5 against Jessica Smith (Naseby, NZL) in their final qualifying round match.

Fujisawa earned 33.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the LGT World Women's Curling Championship. Fujisawa move up 2 spots after posting a net gain of 22.5 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 4th overall with 295.000 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Fujisawa ranks 4th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 295.000 points earned so far this season.
