Marianne Roervik (Oslo, NOR) lost 6-3 to Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) in the Final of the LGT World Women's Curling Championship, held March 18 - 26, 2023 in Sandviken, Sweden. Advancing directly to the semifinals, Roervik won 8-5 over Kerri Einarson (Gimli, CAN) to advance to the championship game. of the 2023 LGT World Women's Curling Championship in Sandviken, Sweden;
 
Roervik finished 8-4 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Roervik defeated Seungyoun Ha (Chuncheon, KOR) 8-6, then won 7-5 against Tabitha Peterson (Chaska, USA). Roervik went on to lose 9-6 against Einarson. Roervik responded with a 7-3 win over Madeleine Dupont (Hvidovre, DEN). Roervik went on to lose 10-3 against Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN). Roervik responded with a 9-6 win over Rebecca Morrison (Stirling, SCO). Roervik went on to lose 6-3 against Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE). Roervik responded with a 7-6 win over Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR). Roervik went on to lose 6-1 against Tirinzoni. Roervik responded with a 8-1 win over Jessica Smith (Naseby, NZL). Roervik won 6-5 against Stefania Constantini (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA), then won 6-3 against Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the LGT World Women's Curling Championship, Roervik take home 60.500 world rankings points. For week 34 of the event schedule, Roervik did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Roervik ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
