In their opening game, Adams/Robichaud defeated Veronica McGinn/Jared McGinn (Fredericton, NB) 6-4, then won 8-5 against Heather Munn/Nicholas Munn (Saint John, NB) and 7-1 against McLeod/Eldridge in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Fredericton Mixed Doubles Championship title, Adams/Robichaud earned 14.870 world rankings points along with the $600CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 778th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 2.674 after improving upon their best so far this season.
