In their opening game, Slovenia's Ajda Zavrtanik Drglin defeated Belgium's Caro van Oosterwyck 8-4, then went on to lose 7-3 against Augustin. Slovenia's Ajda Zavrtanik Drglin lost 6-3 to Lithuania's Virginija Paulauskaite where Slovenia's Ajda Zavrtanik Drglin responded with a 6-3 win over Ukraine's Anastasiia Kotova. Slovenia's Ajda Zavrtanik Drglin went on to lose 6-4 against Augustin. Slovenia's Ajda Zavrtanik Drglin responded with a 10-2 win over Belgium's Caro van Oosterwyck. Slovenia's Ajda Zavrtanik Drglin went on to lose 8-6 against Lithuania's Virginija Paulauskaite. Slovenia's Ajda Zavrtanik Drglin responded with a 6-2 win over Ukraine's Anastasiia Kotova in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the European Curling Championships C-Division, Slovenia's Ajda Zavrtanik Drglin take home 4.125 world rankings points, moving up 84 spots the World Ranking Standings into 155th place overall with 4.242 total points.
