To advance to the championship game, Meachem won 7-6 over Jason Jacobson (Saskatoon, SK) in the semifinals of the 2021 SaskTour Men's Highland in Regina, Saskatchewan; and won 5-0 over Sam Wills (Regina, SK) in the quarterfinals. of the 2021 SaskTour Men's Highland in Regina, Saskatchewan;
 
Meachem finished 2-0 in the 19-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Meachem defeated Josh Heidt (Kindersley, SK) 7-3, then won 5-4 against Josh Bryden (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the SaskTour Men's Highland Championship title, Meachem earned 19.496 world rankings points along with the $2,020CDN first prize cheque.
