To advance to the championship game, de Jong won 5-4 over Paul Cseke (Victoria, BC) in the semifinals of the 2021 Raymond James Kelowna Double Cash in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada;

de Jong finished 4-0 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, de Jong defeated Matthew McCrady (New Westminster, BC) 8-3, then won 7-0 against Jim Cotter (Vernon, BC) and 8-5 against Jeff Richard (Kelowna, BC). de Jong won 8-5 against Rob Nobert (Vernon, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Raymond James Kelowna Double Cash, de Jong take home 14.084 world rankings points along with the $1,800CDN prize, moving up 36 spots the World Ranking Standings into 101st place overall with 34.083 total points. de Jong ranks 79th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 20.920 points earned so far this season.
