To advance to the championship game, Edin won 5-2 over Mike McEwen (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2021 Nufloors Penticton Curling Classic in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada; and won 4-1 over Tyler Tardi (Langley, BC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2021 Nufloors Penticton Curling Classic in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada;
Edin finished 5-0 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Edin defeated Jared St. John (Penticton, BC) 8-4, then won 7-0 against Wes Craig (Victoria, BC) and 7-2 against SooHyuk Kim (Gyeongbuk, KOR). Edin won 5-4 against Kevin Koe (Calgary, AB), then won 4-3 against Jeremy Harty (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Nufloors Penticton Curling Classic Championship title, Edin earned 61.875 world rankings points along with the $18,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 7 spots the World Ranking Standings into 4th place overall with 251.838 total points. Edin ranks 2nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 99.421 points earned so far this season.
