Suzanne Birt (Charlottetown, PEI) lost 8-6 to Jamie Sinclair (Charlotte, NC) in the Final of the Oakville Fall Classic, held August 27 - 29, 2021 at the Oakville Curling Club in Oakville, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Birt won 5-4 over Jacqueline Harrison (Dundas, ON) in the semifinals of the 2021 Oakville Fall Classic in Oakville, Ontario, Canada;

Birt finished 3-1 in the 7-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Birt defeated Laurie St-Georges (Laval, QC) 7-3, then won 8-4 against Marie-Elaine Little (Sudbury, NONT). Birt went on to lose 5-4 against Harrison. Birt responded with a 6-1 win over Erica Hopson (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Oakville Fall Classic, Birt take home 0.000 world rankings points along with the $1,000CDN prize. For week 5 of the event schedule, Birt did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 23rd place on the World Ranking Standings with 72.215 total points.
