Jamie Sinclair (Charlotte, NC) won 8-6 over Suzanne Birt (Charlottetown, PEI) in the Final of the Oakville Fall Classic, held August 27 - 29, 2021 at the Oakville Curling Club in Oakville, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Sinclair won 5-4 over Laurie St-Georges (Laval, QC) in the semifinals

Sinclair finished 4-0 in the 7-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sinclair defeated Jacqueline Harrison (Dundas, ON) 7-4, then won 6-1 against St-Georges and 8-2 against Marie-Elaine Little (Sudbury, NONT). Sinclair won 6-1 against Erica Hopson (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Oakville Fall Classic Championship title, Sinclair earned 0.000 world rankings points along with the $1,500CDN first prize cheque. For week 5 of the event schedule, Sinclair did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 49th place on the World Ranking Standings with 29.579 total points.
