Marco Hoesli (Glarus, SUI) lost 8-7 to Jan Klossner (Lausanne, SUI) in the Final of the SWISSCURLING Junior Men's Championship, held March 6 - 15, 2020 in Adelboden, Switzerland.

Hoesli finished 6-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hoesli defeated Jannis Bannwart (St. Gallen, SUI) 11-1, then won 7-1 against Thomas Freitag (Wallisellen, SUI). Hoesli went on to lose 6-5 against Noe Traub (Basel, SUI). Hoesli responded with a 6-4 win over Klossner. Hoesli won 12-6 against Dean Huerlimann (Zug, SUI), then won 7-5 against Jan Iseli (Solothun, SUI) and 12-3 against Sandro Fanchini (Wetzikon, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the SWISSCURLING Junior Men's Championship, Hoesli take home 11.756 world rankings points. For week of the event schedule, Hoesli did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Hoesli ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
