Maggie Wilson (Aberdeen, SCO) lost 8-3 to Eve Muirhead (Perth, SCO) in the Final of the Scottish Curling Championships, held February 10 - 15, 2020 in Perth, Scotland. To advance to the championship game, Wilson won 11-4 over Beth Farmer (Kinross, SCO) in the semifinals of the 2020 Scottish Curling Championships in Perth, Scotland;
 
Wilson finished 6-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wilson defeated Amy MacDonald (Morey, SCO) 7-4, then won 10-5 against Farmer and 9-5 against Sophie Jackson (Dumfries, SCO). Wilson won 7-2 against Lisa Davie (Stirling, SCO), then won 11-4 against Rachael Dakers (Edinburgh, SCO) and 7-4 against Susan Kesley (Edinburgh, SCO). Wilson went on to lose 11-4 against Muirhead in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Scottish Curling Championships, Wilson take home 26.334 world rankings points. For week 30 of the event schedule, Wilson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Wilson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
