Hung went on to lose 9-4 against Sitora Alliyarova (Almaty, KAZ). Hung responded with a 9-7 win over Heidi Lin (Taipei City, TPE). Hung went on to lose 9-1 against Gim. Hung lost 15-1 to Nakajima where Hung responded with a 10-4 win over Mubarkah Al-Abdulla (Doha, QAT) in their final qualifying round match.
