Jamie Sinclair (Charlotte, NC) lost 7-5 to Tabitha Peterson (St. Paul, MN) in the Final of the USA Curling National Championship, held February 8 - 15, 2020 in Spokane, Washington. To advance to the championship game, Sinclair won 11-5 over Ariel Traxler (Fairbanks, AK) in the semifinals of the 2020 USA Curling National Championship in Spokane, Washington;

Sinclair finished 6-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sinclair defeated Rachel Workin (Fargo, ND) 8-1, then won 5-2 against Patti Lank (St. Paul, MN) and 8-2 against Traxler. Sinclair won 12-6 against Delaney Strouse (Malvern, PA), then won 8-7 against Peterson. Sinclair went on to lose 9-8 against Kim Rhyme (Minneapolis, MN). Sinclair responded with a 8-0 win over Cassie Potter (St. Paul, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the USA Curling National Championship, Sinclair take home 27.510 world rankings points. Sinclair move up 6 spots after posting a net gain of 24.8 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 28th overall with 136.029 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Sinclair ranks 28th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 136.029 points earned so far this season.
