To advance to the championship game, Peterman/Gallant won 9-5 over Veronique Bouchard/Robert Desjardins (Chicoutimi, QC) in the semifinals of the 2019 Southern Mixed Doubles in Charlote, North Carolina, United States; and won 11-1 over Harley Rohrbacher/Nicholas Visnich (Pittsburgh , PA) in the quarterfinals. of the 2019 Southern Mixed Doubles in Charlote, North Carolina, United States;
Peterman/Gallant finished 3-0 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Peterman/Gallant defeated Erin Sagers/Ryan Smith (Greenville, SC) 10-1, then won 8-1 against Anne Pifer/Neil Pifer (Charlotte, NC) and 17-0 against Katrina Friedman/Adam Friedman (Charleston, SC) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Southern Mixed Doubles Championship title, Peterman/Gallant earned 21.910 world rankings points along with the $1,632CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 668th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 108.996 total points. Peterman/Gallant ranks 12th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 77.200 points earned so far this season.
