Zacharias finished 3-2 in the 19-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Zacharias defeated Amber Holland (Regina, SK) 6-5, then went on to lose 8-2 against Horton. Zacharias lost 9-8 to Susan Dudt (Malvern, PA) where Zacharias responded with a 8-1 win over Talyia Tober (Winnipeg, MB). Zacharias won 9-4 against Meghan Walter (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the DEKALB Superspiel, Zacharias take home 25.077 world rankings points along with the $4,800CDN prize.
