To advance to the championship game, Calvert won 6-0 over Todd Birr (Ham Lake, MN) in the semifinals of the 2019 Atkins Curling Supplies Classic in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; and won 7-2 over Corey Chambers (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals.
 
Calvert finished 4-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Calvert defeated Brett Walter (Winnipeg, MB) 4-2, then won 7-3 against Manitoba's Mark Lukowich and 9-5 against Sean Grassie (Winnipeg, MB). Calvert won 6-4 against Chambers in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Atkins Curling Supplies Classic Championship title, Calvert earned 25.910 world rankings points along with the $3,500CDN first prize cheque, moving up 1 spots the World Ranking Standings into 19th place overall with 252.975 total points. Calvert ranks 9th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 109.457 points earned so far this season.
