Kerri Einarson (Winnipeg, MB) lost 8-5 to Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE) in the Final of the Kioti Tractor Tour Challenge Tier 1, held November 5 - 10, 2019 in Pictou County, Nova Scotia. To advance to the championship game, Einarson won 7-4 over Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) in the semifinals of the 2019 Kioti Tractor Tour Challenge Tier 1 in Pictou County, Nova Scotia; and won 6-5 over Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) in the quarterfinals.
 
Einarson finished 2-2 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Einarson defeated Chelsea Carey (Calgary, AB) 7-5, then went on to lose 4-2 against Tracy Fleury (East St. Paul, MB). Einarson lost 7-6 to Tabitha Peterson (McFarland , USA) where Einarson responded with a 7-4 win over Isabella Wrana (Sundbyberg, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Kioti Tractor Tour Challenge Tier 1, Einarson take home 60.101 world rankings points along with the $18,000CDN prize, remaining in 1st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 623.161 total points. Einarson ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 275.293 points earned so far this season.
