After advancing directly to the championship game, Eve Belisle (Montreal, QC) lost 7-6 to Emilia Gagne (Alma, QC) in the Final of the Quebec Scotties, held January 9 - 14, 2018 at the Etchemin Curling Club in C.P. 2114, Quebec.

Belisle won 8-6 against Isabelle Neron (Chicoutimi, QC), then won 8-6 against Marie-France Larouche (Levis, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
