In their opening game, Sinclair defeated Chrissy Cadorin (Thornhill, ON) 7-2, then won 9-7 against Duncan and 7-1 against Laurie St-Georges (Laval, QC). Sinclair won 4-3 against Allison Flaxey (Caledon, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic Championship title, Sinclair earned 41.791 world rankings points along with the $10,400CDN first prize cheque, moving up 6 spots the World Ranking Standings into 12th place overall with 239.764 total points.
