Hollie Duncan (Ottawa, ON) qualified for the 2016 Oakville OCT Fall Classic playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-4 against Ontario's Chrissy Cadorin. of the 2016 Oakville OCT Fall Classic in Oakville, Ontario, Canada;

Duncan finished 3-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Duncan defeated Ontario's Jacqueline Harrison 8-6, then won 8-6 against Cory Christensen (Blaine, USA). Duncan went on to lose 6-3 against Heather Heggestad (Thornhill, ON). Duncan responded with a 6-4 win over Mallory Kean (Kitchener, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Duncan earned 15.101 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Oakville OCT Fall Classic. For week 3 of the event schedule, Duncan did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Duncan ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
