Koe finished 3-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Koe defeated John Morris (Vernon, BC) 7-3, then went on to lose 8-1 against Mike McEwen (Winnipeg, MB). Koe responded with a 7-2 win over Brendan Bottcher (Edmonton, AB). Koe went on to lose 9-1 against Reid Carruthers (Winnipeg, MB). Koe responded with a 4-2 win over Gushue in their final qualifying round match.
 
Koe earned 33.351 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Westjet Players' Championship, remaining in 2nd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 25.041 after improving upon their best so far this season. Koe ranks 7th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 330.396 points earned so far this season.
