Nina Roth/Kroy Nernberger (Blaine, MN) qualified for the 2016 Pacific Northwest Mixed Doubles Invitational playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 9-4 against Kalynn Virtue/Charley Thomas (Calgary, AB).

Roth/Nernberger won 8-6 against Vicky Persinger/Quinn Evenson (Minnesota, USA), then won 10-2 against Maureen Stolt/Peter Stolt (St. Paul, USA) in their final qualifying round match.
