To advance to the championship game, Flaxey won 6-5 over Marie-France Larouche (Levis, QC) in the semifinals of the 2015 AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada;
 
Flaxey finished 4-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Flaxey defeated Patti Lank (Lewiston, NY) 8-3, then won 8-3 against Chrissy Cadorin (Guelph, ON). Flaxey went on to lose 7-4 against Kim. Flaxey responded with a 5-1 win over Mallory Kean (Stoney Creek, ON). Flaxey won 5-2 against Erin Morrissey (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic, Flaxey take home 27.105 world rankings points along with the $5,400CDN prize, moving up 17 spots the World Ranking Standings into 32nd place overall with 65.323 total points. Flaxey ranks 11th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 39.182 points earned so far this season.
