Jeremy Mallais (Moncton, NB) lost 7-5 to Wayne Tallon (Fredericton, NB) in the Final of the Jim Sullivan Curling Classic, held December 5 - 7, 2014 in Saint John, New Brunswick. To advance to the championship game, Mallais won 10-3 over Mike Flemming (Halifax, NS) in the semifinals   of the 2014 Jim Sullivan Curling Classic in Saint John, New Brunswick; and won 6-4 over Tyler Harris (Charlottetown, PEI) in the quarterfinals.  of the 2014 Jim Sullivan Curling Classic in Saint John, New Brunswick; 
 
Mallais finished 4-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Mallais defeated John Luckhurst (Halifax, NS) 8-4, then won 6-5 against Tommy Sullivan (Halifax, NS). Mallais went on to lose 10-4 against James Grattan (Saint John, NB). Mallais responded with a 7-2 win over Andrew Smith (Saint John, NB). Mallais won 7-1 against Dave Sullivan (Saint John, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Jim Sullivan Curling Classic, Mallais take home 2.275 world rankings points along with the $2,500CDN prize, moving up 36 spots the World Ranking Standings into 158th place overall with 6.100 total points. Mallais ranks 93rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 5.850 points earned so far this season.
