To advance to the championship game, Lank won 5-4 over Jacqueline Harrison (Brantford, ON) in the semifinals
Lank finished 2-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Lank lost 6-4 to Harrison, then responded with a 7-4 win over Ontario's Kristy Russell. Lank won 8-4 against Courtney Gilder (Waterloo, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the CookstownCash presented by Comco Canada Inc Championship title, Lank earned 2.500 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 14 spots the World Ranking Standings into 99th place overall with 6.619 total points. Lank ranks 65th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 4.500 points earned so far this season.
