To advance to the championship game, Tirinzoni won 5-4 over Valerie Sweeting (Edmonton, AB) in the semifinals of the 2014 Pomeroy Inn & Suites Prairie Showdown in Grande Prairie, Alberta; and won 7-3 over Casey Scheidegger (Lethbridge, AB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2014 Pomeroy Inn & Suites Prairie Showdown in Grande Prairie, Alberta;

Tirinzoni finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tirinzoni defeated Deanne Nichol (Peace River, AB) 9-2, then won 8-5 against Renee Sonnenberg (Grande Prairie, AB) and 6-5 against Sweeting in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Pomeroy Inn & Suites Prairie Showdown Championship title, Tirinzoni earned 19.800 world rankings points along with the $16,000CDN first prize cheque. Tirinzoni move up 1 spots after posting a net gain of 14.8 points improving upon their best results so far this season, ranking 10th overall with 221.726 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Tirinzoni ranks 10th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 112.565 points earned so far this season.
