In their opening game, Koltun defeated Deanne Nichol (Peace River, AB) 7-6, then went on to lose 10-6 against Amber Holland (Regina, SK). Koltun lost 6-4 to Chana Martineau (Edmonton, AB) where Koltun responded with a 7-5 win over Nicky Kaufman (Edmonton, AB). Koltun went on to lose 9-4 against Leslie Rogers (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

. For week 16 of the event schedule, Koltun did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 130th to 136th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 3.898 total points. Koltun ranks 129th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 1.560 points earned so far this season.
