Advancing directly to the semifinals, Koe won 5-4 over Rui Liu (Harbin, CHN) to advance to the championship game. of the 2013 Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada;
Koe finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Koe defeated Ken McArdle (New Westminster, BC) 9-2, then won 6-3 against Clark and 6-4 against Brendan Bottcher (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic Championship title, Koe earned 15.600 world rankings points along with the $7,500CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 3rd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 278.600 total points. Koe ranks 4th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 60.600 points earned so far this season.
