To advance to the championship game, Ott won 7-2 over Brit O'Neill (Ottawa, ON) in the semifinals of the 2013 AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic in Brockville, Ontario;
 
Ott finished 5-0 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ott defeated Erika Brown (Madison, WI) 5-4, then won 6-5 against Hollie Nicol (Toronto, ON) and 7-4 against Chrissy Cadorin (Thornhill, ON). Ott won 7-1 against Allison Ross (Montreal, PQ), then won 8-4 against Homan in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic Championship title, Ott earned 15.060 world rankings points along with the $6,500CDN first prize cheque, moving up 1 spots the World Ranking Standings into 10th place overall with 136.460 total points. Ott ranks 13th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 15.060 points earned so far this season.
