Farnell finished 3-1 in the 25-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Farnell defeated Anna Sidorova (Moscow, RUS) 5-3, then went on to lose 6-4 against Kendall Haymes (Waterloo, ON). Farnell responded with a 9-3 win over Jennifer Spencer (Brampton, ON). Farnell won 6-3 against Katie Lindsay (Welland, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Farnell earned 3.950 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the KW Fall Classic, moving up 5 spots the World Ranking Standings into 47th place overall with 17.195 total points. Farnell ranks 29th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 4.890 points earned so far this season.
