In their opening game, Scotland's Hannah Fleming defeated Norway's Kristine Davanger 9-3, then went on to lose 7-5 against Jocelyn Peterman (Red Deer, CAN). Scotland's Hannah Fleming responded with a 8-7 win over Sweden's Sara McManus. Scotland's Hannah Fleming won 8-7 against United States's Cory Christensen, then won 8-3 against Czech Republic's Zuzana Hajkova and 7-5 against Japan's Sayaka Yoshimura. Scotland's Hannah Fleming won 5-4 against Italy's Federica Apollonio. Scotland's Hannah Fleming went on to lose 7-5 against Switzerland's Melanie Barbezat. Scotland's Hannah Fleming responded with a 8-7 win over Anna Sidorova (Moscow, RUS) in their final qualifying round match.
