Kelley Law (New Westminster, BC) lost 6-3 to Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) in the Final of the Red Deer Curling Classic, held November 4 - 7, 2011 in Red Deer, Alberta. To advance to the championship game, Law won 6-4 over Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON) in the semifinals of the 2011 Red Deer Curling Classic in Red Deer, Alberta; and won 4-3 over Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2011 Red Deer Curling Classic in Red Deer, Alberta;
Law finished 5-2 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Law defeated Chelsea Carey (Morden, MB) 7-5, then won 6-4 against Renee Sonnenberg (Grande Prairie, AB) and 7-4 against Cheryl Bernard (Calgary, AB). Law went on to lose 8-6 against Homan. Law responded with a 8-3 win over Heather Nedohin (Edmonton, AB). Law went on to lose 6-5 against Switzerland's Mirjam Ott. Law responded with a 9-4 win over Amber Holland (Kronau, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Red Deer Curling Classic, Law take home 25.000 world rankings points along with the $6,500CDN prize. For week 12 of the event schedule, Law did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Law ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
