Starting with hammer, Tuck scored 1 in the first end. After a blank end, Tuck stole the third end, then forced Tippin to a single in the fourth end to lead 2-1. Tuck scored a single in the fifth end, Tippin responded in the sixth end scoring 2. then added a steal in the seventh end to take a 4-3 lead, Tuck scored a single in the eighth end to to the game. then added a steal of 2 in the extra end for the 6-4 win. In the semifinals, Tuck defeated Tanner Horgan (Sudbury, ON) 6-2 and Tippin defeated Cory Heggestad (Barrie, ON) 5-4 in an extra end.
