![]() Both natives of Biggar, Saskatchew, Robyn Silvernagle's (photo with son Kolt and husband Chad) support from the Sandra Schmirler Foundation is the true legacy left behind. For Robyn Silvernagle, curling is a deep passion. When the Grand Slams passed through her adopted hometown of North Battleford, she was on the volunteer committee leading the way on the stats crew. Robyn was in St. John's when Brad Gushue won his historic Brier on home soil, so as a huge fan of the game, the connection to Biggar played no small part in her love of the game. Robyn and her husband Chad Guidinger had a son, Kolt born early and requiring eight surgeries and 304 days in the hospital before finally going home.
