![]() Winnipeg's Matt Dunstone introduces a new lineup with a familiar face ahead of the RBC Dominion Securities Western Showdown in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. By Connor Simms, The #8 world-ranked Dunstone recently parted ways from third BJ Neufeld, leaving the opportunity for Dunstone to pick up Ryan's brother EJ full-time. Lott moves to third, having played third for Matt for many years in Juniors. Ryan and EJ will be on a team again, having won the 2014 Sochi Olympics. EJ spared for this team at the Red Deer Classic, where they captured the title back in November after Neufeld could not attend the event. Matt Dunstone said, " We are incredibly excited to welcome E.J. to Team Dunstone." "His championship experience, skill, and leadership align perfectly with our goals as a team. We look forward to building on our success and competing with EJ by our side." Dunstone already has their spot in the Monatana's Brier, clinching it through one of the three pre-qualified teams. This means Dunstone does not need to play in their provincial playdowns. They will face the winner of Chaska's Ethan Sampson and Kerrobert's Drew Heidt on Friday at 2:30 pm Central Time (CT) The triple knockout action will continue through Sunday evening, with the playoffs happening all day Monday.
