Chris Parkinson (Courtenay, BC) lost 7-3 to Calan MacIsaac (Truro, NS) in the Final of the Canada Winter Games, held February 28 - March 5, 2023 in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Parkinson finished 3-2 in the 11-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Parkinson defeated Brayden Snow (Cornwall, PEI) 5-2, then won 7-3 against Timothy Marin (Saint John, NB) and 8-4 against Julian Bowling (Yellowknife, NT). Parkinson went on to lose 10-4 against Kyle Stratton (London, ON). Parkinson lost 8-3 to Hiebert in their final qualifying round match.
