Katherine Sipka (Calgary, AB) lost 4-3 to Makenzie Kennedy (Beaumont, AB) in the Final of the Grand Slam Tour Challenge U15, held October 14 - 19 at the Beaumont Curling Club in Beaumont, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Sipka won 9-0 over Isla Kay (Edinburgh, SCO) in the semifinals of the Grand Slam Tour Challenge U15 in Beaumont, Alberta, Canada;
 
Sipka finished 2-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sipka lost 6-3 to Ben Meyers (Carstairs, AB), then responded with a 8-2 win over Brinley Braden (Beaumont, AB). Sipka won 6-5 against Tucker Hellman (San Francisco, CA) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Sipka ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
