Shaela Hayward (Winnipeg, MB) qualified for the Grand Slam Tour Challenge U25 playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-5 against Emma Artichuk (Waterloo, ON). of the Grand Slam Tour Challenge U25 in Beaumont, Alberta, Canada;

Hayward finished 2-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hayward lost 7-4 to Fay Henderson (Stirling, SCO), then responded with a 7-2 win over Alena Yurko (Sherwood Park, AB). Hayward won 6-5 against Subasthika Thangadurai (Oakland, CA) in their final qualifying round match.

Hayward earned 8.100 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Grand Slam Tour Challenge U25. For week 13 of the event schedule, Hayward did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
