Jiyoon Kim/Kijeong Lee (Seoul, KOR) qualified for the Korean Mixed Doubles National Championship playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 8-4 against Haein Lee/Honggeon Kim (Daegu, KOR).
 
Kim/Lee finished 7-1 in the 21-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kim/Lee defeated Seojin Park/Jae Ik Jeon (Gyeongbuk, KOR) 8-7, then won 9-3 against Suryeong Kim/Juni Kwon (Daegu, KOR) and 5-4 against Hyerin Kim/Minhyeon Yoo (Gangwon, KOR). Kim/Lee won 5-4 against Bobae Kang/Kibok Lee (Jeonbuk, KOR), then won 8-7 against Yeji Hwang/Hyoik Park (Gyeonggi, KOR) and 6-3 against Kyeongae Kim/Jihoon Seong (Gangwon, KOR). Kim/Lee won 9-8 against Eunjin Shin/Byeongwook Jeon (Chungbuk, KOR). Kim/Lee went on to lose 8-1 against Yubin Park/Jeongmin Kim (Seoul, KOR) in their final qualifying round match.
