Kim/Lee won 9-8 against Eunjin Shin/Byeongwook Jeon (Chungbuk, KOR). Kim/Lee went on to lose 8-1 against Yubin Park/Jeongmin Kim (Seoul, KOR) in their final qualifying round match.

Kim/Lee earned 12.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Korean Mixed Doubles National Championship.
