Kim/Seong went on to lose 8-3 against Bobae Kang/Kibok Lee (Jeonbuk, KOR). Kim/Seong lost 6-3 to Jiyoon Kim/Kijeong Lee (Seoul, KOR). Kim/Seong lost 6-5 to Hyerin Kim/Minhyeon Yoo (Gangwon, KOR) where Kim/Seong responded with a 8-2 win over Eunjin Shin/Byeongwook Jeon (Chungbuk, KOR). Kim/Seong won 7-4 against Yeji Hwang/Hyoik Park (Gyeonggi, KOR) in their final qualifying round match.
