Tori Koana/Go Aoki (Yamanashi, JPN) won 7-4 over Therese Westman/Robin Ahlberg (Stockholm, SWE) in the Final of the Mixed Doubles Karlstad, held October 9 - 12, 2025 in Karlstad, Sweden. To advance to the championship game, Koana/Aoki won 7-2 over Lucrezia Grande/Stefano Spiller (Pinerolo, ITA) in the semifinals of the 2025 Mixed Doubles Karlstad in Karlstad, Sweden; and won 9-5 over Briar Schwaller/Yannick Schwaller (Bern, SUI) in the quarterfinals. of the 2025 Mixed Doubles Karlstad in Karlstad, Sweden;
 
Koana/Aoki finished 2-1 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Koana/Aoki lost 10-4 to Li Jun Zhang/Zhi Yu Wang (Beijing, CHN), then responded with a 11-5 win over Martine Roenning/Grunde Buraas (Lillehammer, NOR). Koana/Aoki won 10-7 against Adela Walczak/Andrzej Augustyniak (Lodz, POL) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Mixed Doubles Karlstad Championship title, Koana/Aoki earned 33.750 world rankings points along with the $2,000CDN first prize cheque. For week 12 of the event schedule, Koana/Aoki did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Koana/Aoki ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
