Melissa Adams/Alex Robichaud (Fredericton, NB) won 8-6 over Taylour Stevens/Graeme Weagle (Halifax, NS) in the Final of the John Ross & Sons Mixed Doubles Spiel, held September 26 - 28, 2025 at the Halifax Curling Club in Halifax, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Adams/Robichaud won 9-3 over Allyson MacNutt/Ryan Abraham (Halifax, NS) in the semifinals of the 2025 John Ross & Sons Mixed Doubles Spiel in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada; and won 8-3 over Marlee Powers/Luke Saunders (Halifax, NS) in the quarterfinals.
 
Adams/Robichaud finished 4-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Adams/Robichaud defeated Shaelyn Forestell/Samuel Forestell (Moncton, NB) 13-3, then won 9-2 against Maria Fitzgerald/Caelan McPherson (Halifax, NS) and 9-4 against Jenn Mitchell/Chris Jeffrey (Halifax, NS). Adams/Robichaud won 6-4 against MacNutt/Abraham in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the John Ross & Sons Mixed Doubles Spiel Championship title, Adams/Robichaud earned 9.750 world rankings points along with the $1,200CDN first prize cheque. For week 10 of the event schedule, Adams/Robichaud did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 15th place on the World Ranking Standings with 103.750 total points. Adams/Robichaud ranks 16th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 15.000 points earned so far this season.
