Cormier went on to lose 8-3 against Deb Santos (Edmonton, AB). Cormier lost 8-3 to Cheryl McPherson (Toonto, ON). Cormier lost 6-4 to Catherine Derick (Buckingham, QC). Cormier lost 7-6 to Shelly Graham (Fredericton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
