Korte finished 3-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Korte defeated Blaine Duncan (Saskatoon, SK) 7-2, then won 9-4 against Shawn Joyce (Saskatoon, SK) to advance to the A-Qualifier where they 7-6 against Hartung to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.
 
Korte ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
